Job Description:Core Responsibilities:
Plan & execute search & display campaigns.Set-up effective tracking systems for all channels including enhanced e-commerce tracking.Collect and analyze data, identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI in paid campaigns.Track, report, and analyze website analytics and PPC initiatives and campaigns.Manage campaign expenses, staying on budget, estimating monthly costs and reconciling discrepancies.Conversion rate optimization – Optimize copy and landing pages for paid campaigns.Prepare strategies & media plan for potential clients.Research and analyze competitor advertising links.
Increasing the website traffic as well as user engagement on the platform using creative mailers, newsletters and reaching out to potential clients using email marketing campaigns.
The person should be able to use tools like Mailchimp, AWeber, Intercom etc.
Increasing the brand awareness by using various social media platforms. Understanding which platform works the best for the company and create user engagement as well as sending users to the website with innovative and creative posts on Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat etc.
1. Core Responsibility of building the Bird Apps brands through online activities
2. Live reporting of Bird Appst on social media channels.
3. Increase the reach of Bird Apps on relevant social media channels.
Good writing skills with a focus on innovative/creative ideas to build engaging content for the users across the website as well as social media platforms.
To align the content outcomes with the vision and mission of the company.
Curate and manage creative content such as blog posts, memes and videos to spread the Bird Appsmission.
Basic understanding of website backend (PHP/Wordpress) to implement SEO features as well as performance improvements on the website.
Google Adwords & Google Analytics certified.
Expert knowledge of performance media platforms and tools including, Google AdWords, AdWords Editor, RLSA, Re-marketing, Facebook Ads Manager, Facebook Power Editor, Video Campaigns, YouTube ads, Mobile App promotion.
3-4 years experience in a similar role.Knowledge of Mobile marketing tools such as Google Admob.
Knowledge of Programmatic buying.
Proven SEM experience and success managing PPC campaigns across Google, Bing & Social.
Well-versed in performance marketing,conversion, and online customer acquisition.
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in search engine marketing.Strong analytical skills and experience generating SEM reports.
Familiarity with A/B and multivariate experiments.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to work flexibly and towards tight deadlines.
Ability to prioritize and manage own workload effectively.
